# Shipping Policy

At Bluey’s Corner, we want delivery to feel clear before you place your order. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

## Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We do not currently ship to countries outside these markets. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to deliver there yet.

## Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on every order.

If any paid or special shipping option becomes available, the cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

## Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we will always aim to keep you updated.

## Estimated Delivery Time

Most standard deliveries are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the product, warehouse location, carrier, and destination country. If a product has a different delivery estimate, we will show this on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.

If a product ships from an international warehouse, delivery may take longer than a local EU delivery. We will always try to make this clear before checkout.

## Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking links can sometimes take 24-72 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after a few days, contact us at info@blueyscorner.com and we will check it for you.

## Split Shipments

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items ship from different warehouses or are packed separately by the carrier.

You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

## Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prices shown at checkout include applicable tax where this is collected by our store.

For customers in the EU, you should not be asked to pay VAT again on delivery. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected fee, please contact us before paying so we can help check it.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your country and order value. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers and may not always be collected at checkout.

## Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@blueyscorner.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

## Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@blueyscorner.com with your order number.

We will check the tracking, contact the carrier or supplier if needed, and help find the best next step.

## Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blueyscorner.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us resolve the issue faster.

## Returns

Returns are handled under our Return Policy. If you are in the EU, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your goods, unless an exception applies.
